The National Business Institute (NBI) has invited Toledo Personal Injury
Attorney Chad Tuschman of Williams DeClark Tuschman Co., L.P.A. to speak
at the upcoming “Auto Injuries: Advanced Plaintiff Strategies”
seminar. The overarching theme of the speaking event will be how to deal
with insurance companies effectively on behalf of
car accident clients in order to minimize liability and maximize compensation. This class represents
a basic yet complicated aspect of car accident litigation that any personal
injury attorney needs to know and master. Insurance companies are often
the biggest obstacles in the way of a recovering client, even when a personal
injury attorney is trying to help
their customer. Being able to communicate with insurance companies in a way
that does not harm or jeopardize their case is critical.
Attorney Tuschman will be speaking about key strategies for deposing doctors;
this course will begin at 2:30. During his portion of the seminar, Tuschman
will cover establishing credibility as a doctor, using doctors to maximize
injury values through expert opinions, overcoming opposing biases, and
more. It will certainly be a speech that attendees will not want to miss.
